Meet the team. The agents inside F*IT.
F*IT isn't one giant AI doing everything. It's a crew of specialised agents, each with one job, each with a name, each accountable for a slice of your back office. Here's who they are, what they do, and where each one is up to.
Most AI-powered platforms hide their workings behind one chat box and call it intelligent. We went the other way. Each function in your business gets its own agent, with its own job description, its own autonomy level, and its own visible output. You always know which one did what, and which one to talk to when something needs adjusting.
The naming is deliberate. Real teams have personalities. So does this one. It also makes the system genuinely easier to manage: when you need to change how quotes get drafted, you're not poking at "the AI," you're tuning The Closer. When the receptionist needs different escalation rules, you're not editing a "bot configuration," you're giving Dick (or Fanny) clearer instructions.
Not everyone's on the tools yet. Some agents are live and working right now. Others are still in training, being built and proven out before they get let loose on your business. We'll tell you which is which as we go.
On the tools now.
These six are live at launch. They're the crew running your day-to-day right now.
Answers the phone when you can't grab it, takes the customer's details, books it in, and texts you what happened. You pick which face represents your business, Dick or Fanny, there's no functional difference, just different default voices and personalities.
And before you ask, yes, you can rename them. Every agent is renameable. We have the humour of a twelve-year-old and we'll throw a joke in wherever we can, but if your business needs the receptionist called "Sarah" or "Marcus," that's a two-minute setting. The defaults are ours. Yours are yours.
Sends the quote, follows up by text, and turns "yeah maybe" into a booked job before it goes cold. Drafts for your nod first, so nothing goes out you haven't seen.
Builds your website, keeps it current, and works on the pages Google actually sends customers to. Routine updates happen on their own; anything bigger waits for your say-so.
Tracks where you rank on Google and what competitors are doing, and reports it straight, no vanity numbers, no fluff.
Plans tomorrow's run, texts customers you're on the way, and proposes a reshuffle when weather hits. You keep the final call on anything outside your rules.
Logs what each job actually cost you, fuel to hours, so you know which work makes money and which just felt like it did.
In training, coming as they prove out.
These aren't live yet. We're building and testing them properly before they touch your business, not shipping them half-baked and calling it a feature.
Turns your job photos into before-and-after content, drafted for your nod. Nothing posts without it.
Straight talk on your numbers: what made money, what to charge next.
Keeps your socials and Google profile fed without you having to think about it.
Sorts the inbox and hands you a morning brief instead of forty emails.
Raises the invoices, matches the payments, keeps the books reconciled.
Stands at the door of your inbox and phone. Spam and tyre-kickers don't get in.
A quote your customer can talk to: asks, answers, and books on the spot.
Runs your Google Ads inside a hard budget and shows you every change.
Gets your business listed and cited everywhere Google checks for trust.
Builds landing pages for campaigns, matched to your site and your voice.
SWMS, compliance certs and the safety paperwork, generated and current.
Keeps the machine itself running and fixes the weird stuff behind the scenes.
How they all talk to each other.
The thing that makes a team a team, rather than a list of individuals, is shared context. F*IT's agents share it through a tenant-scoped event bus. Every action one agent takes raises an event the others can react to. The Closer drafting a quote raises a "quote drafted" event. The Dispatcher listens for "quote accepted" events to schedule the job. The Mouth listens for "job completed" events to fire off the next step.
You don't see any of this. You see the outcome: call rings, quote arrives, job lands in the calendar, work gets done, payment reconciles. It all rolls up to one dashboard and one priority queue, so you're not tab-switching between a dozen apps trying to work out what needs your attention. The choreography happens in the background.
One subscription. A whole crew. None of them you. The honest version of what F*IT is: a team you don't have to hire, train, manage, or replace when they leave. Each agent does one thing well. The system makes them work together. You stay in charge of the decisions that matter.
That's the trade. You give up doing every task yourself. You get back the time to think about what your business is actually for. A real human, you, still checks the important calls. Nothing here runs on autopilot without you knowing what it did.
Each agent has its own page in the platform once you're signed up. You can see exactly what they did this week, what they got wrong, what you corrected, and how they've adjusted. The system is transparent because it has to be. You're the one running the business.
If any of them aren't pulling their weight, you change the rules. They listen.
